Ready for the match is a true life story of a girl(Moran) the author of this book she was born while her mother had reached menopause and she had a lot of mysterious aspects of life.
According to African culture, the girl was born holding a White gun and after cultural procedures taken, like consulting the ancestors the results showed she had to undergo through some challenges in life which were referred as matches because the white gun was not meant for killing
